The answer depends on the camera. Some cameras are switchable between
NTSC and PAL video output, and those should work in most of Europe. One
that does NTSC only won't work. Check the camera datasheet or manual to
see which cameras do PAL.

I can't recall seeing any cameras that would produce SECAM output.
