Hi Paul,

I'm a very new photographer. Never used a film camera, and my first digital
camera is the S7000. I've only had it a few months now. Haven't had any
problems using it. I started out on auto mode, slowly getting to know the
camera and getting more comfortable with the features of it. (LOVE the
super-macro)

I find the S7000 (and my wifes' S5000) to be very easy for beginners like
us, and very user friendly. We don't claim to be experts at all and have a
way to go before we master the advanced functions of the camera, but it is
easy, with auto focus, auto exposure, etc, to get started until one learns
enough to be able to do it all themselves.

Darryl.
