Actually a nice place for sunset pics is on top of the Stratosphere tower. Be
sure to go on the tower drop ride while up there and take a snap just before
you drop. I believe you will be over 1100 up before you drop. I believe it is
the tallest ride in the world. they have a small coaster up there too. :)

You chose a good time of the year as the brutal heat will not really be around
yet. Still it depends on what you consider brutal heat. I've noticed Europeans
get very uncomfortable in the upper 80s and freak when they feel the city's
summer heat for the first time. Where are you coming from?
